Once your manuscript is received we will send you an initial job estimate. Upon payment of a 25% deposit a proof copy which will be sent for you to sign off. The first proof copy is free. We reserve the right to charge further proof copies that may be requested.

Once a proof copy has been signed off on a final job estimate, based on the initial estimate will be agreed and a further deposit of 25% is required. The balance (50%) is payable on delivery.

A charge for delivery applies on all orders. This is charged at cost and will be included in the final job estimate.
